Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF) is a national nonprofit that advances the success of public Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and Predominantly Black Institutions (PBIs) through scholarships, leadership development, institutional capacity-building, and corporate partnerships. By forging employer pipelines, funding student scholarships and internships, and advocating for institutional equity, TMCF bridges higher-education access and workforce readiness to increase economic mobility for Black students and their communities.
